The interaction plate interacts with the concrete through small extrusions that grip the concrete after hardening. The interaction between the plate and concrete makes it possible to reduce or completely eliminate bottom edge reinforcement.

The collaborative song has many advantages:

Working time is reduced as assembly is simplified.
Time savings during disassembly as no demolition of form plywood is required.
Reduced need for concrete as the casting thickness is calculated from the bottom edge of the plate.
The sheet metal is light in weight and is therefore easy to work with. It does not require any lifting equipment.
The sheet metal is white, which means that it works excellently as a suspended ceiling on the floor below.

During the actual casting, stamping (supporting) of the bottom plate is required at recommended cc distances as shown in tables. With the help of our sales and designers, we can help you find the right solution.

Which composite sheet should I choose?

COFRAPLUS 45 is manufactured at our factory in Karlstad, which provides clear logistical advantages. The sheet is therefore an excellent alternative, especially for smaller projects.

Other composite sheets are manufactured at our facilities in Europe, making them suitable for larger construction projects with a more extensive sheet metal requirement.
