Located along the marina located in the heart of the Dunkirk metropolitan area, the Quai de Leith was inaugurated on June 15. Made up of a R+5 office building, a hotel, shops, restaurants and underground parking lots, its facades display a main bluish tint whose colorimetric variation evolves throughout the day depending on the the sunshine and the reflection of the water, extends from sky blue to mauve through greige. BREEAM Very Good certification and E+C- labeling (E2C1 level – RT 2012 -30%) have been implemented to ensure durability of the building and comfort for users.
