Globalwall® IN 227ST
IN 225 ST is a double skin system with an inner structural tray and an external weather steel siding ST500 of minimum 1.50mm steel tickness vertically installed. The system gives one of the highest sound insulation achievable.
Composition
- Hacierba Tray 1.400.90 SR ou BS with a thickness 1.00mm
- Cleats
- Multibeam rail on cleats (adjustment to be provided)
- Insulation 90mm thick (in the bottom of the tray) (λ = 0.040W/m.K maxi)
- Insulations total thickness 300mm (unrolled between rails) (λ = 0.040W/m.K maxi)
- Sidings ST 500 in steel thickness 1.50mm (continous steel covering, no open join between sidings)

- Sound reduction index Rw(C;Ctr) = 63(-2;-8) dB
- Thermal transmittance Up = 0.20W/m².K estimé
