Globalroof® IN 225TR

IN 225 TR is a double skin system with an inner structural tray and an external steel profile with a minimum thickness of 1.25mm. It delivers a very high level of sound insulation. Estimated Up 0.24W/m².K.

Composition :

  • Non load-bearing tray Hacierco C 500.90 in thickness 0.75mm
  • Cleats or steel spacer
  • Mineral wool Sorock 70mm thick (Rockwool)
  • Vapor barrier
  • Purlin
  • Mineral wool Toroc 200mm thick (Rockwool)
  • Additionnal glass wool insulation nipped on the purlin to fill the air gap
  • Profile Trapeza in thickness 1.25mm

  • Sound reduction index Rw(C;Ctr) = 55(-4;-12) dB
  • Thermal transmittance Up = 0.24W/m².K estimated
